Welcome to Boyer Place. This charming home on picturesque tree-lined Boyer Street is perfect for your group of 2 to 8. We provide all of the amenities for a memorable and comfortable stay in the Walla Walla Wine Country.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, up to the property`s maximum occupancy.

Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they follow all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage resulting from violations, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A $100 pet fee covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

Everything was spot on and perfect. We were visiting the area for Thanksgiving as our son attends Whitman College. The amenities and location were spot on for a great week and the kitchen was more than enough to prepare a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner. Cannot recommend this great place enough!

Adorable house and great location

This is a comfortable home that has been well maintained and was very clean. The bedding and beds were comfortable and the location cannot be beat! There is a park just a block away which is a nice bonus.

Gem of a location

Very nice rental home. It was much bigger than it appeared from the street. Nice, big yard for my dog to use. It was cozy with a well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Perfect Walla Walla Home Base

We had a great, relaxing time on Boyer Place. It's in a beautiful walkable neighborhood of charming craftsman houses with parks close by. The house had everything we needed and the living room was so comfortable - windows to the street with people walking their dogs or out for a fall walk. Would love to make this a regular place to stay!
