Took 15 minutes to check in. Entrance was less than welcoming. The guy checking us in didn’t seem to know what he was doing and struggled to find our reservation. Had there been another option in town I’d have left but there wasn’t. The room wasn’t fairly decent and seemed to be clean. After reading reviews, we didn’t even look at the breakfast options. Pool room was pretty clean but no available towels and hot tub has clearly been broken for a very long ti; judging by the number of dead flies in the bottom of the empty hot tub. Will never return and will never recommend.

This is not a hotel. It’s more of a Motel. The staff were not really engaged. The breakfast room was a mess and there is no daily house keeping. They used the excuse that they wanted to maintain your privacy. Sounds like an excuse not to have to hire house keeping staff. The bath towels felt like sandpaper. Old and rough. Not staying there ever again.

I went in to check-in for my reservation and the guy took my debit card then asked for my ID. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't find my reservation. I then showed him on my phone that i booked a reservation for 2 nights only one person. He then took my phone and starred at my information for a while printed me off a piece of paper and told me to sign. When i looked at the paper it had someone elses name, card information and it was for two people. I then told him this and he said sorry i can't find your reservation. So for about 15 mins i was out in my car figuring out how to cancel from the app. I also called left a message and texted the property own. I ended up coming back in later telling him my card is already been charged for a room and id either like to cancel due to inconvenience or actually be able to get my room i reserved. He went back to the computer asked my name again and this time he found it. I was not impressed with the how this situation went down.

At the last minute, we got moved to another hotel because of a "plumbing issue". The replacement lodging was ok, but the location was pretty far away from our original hotel, which was why we booked it in the first place. We weren't offered any credit or compensation for the hassle, and expedia was absolutely NO help in finding a resolution.

We booked 2 Queen bed room. The air conditioner/heater was not working. The front desk did allow us to move to a king bed room that had a better working heat/air. The room was ok, could use a better cleaning and a new mattress. A butcher knife was on top of the garbage can, and the back entrance to the hotel wouldn't latch.

This hotel is terrible, and it is a dump. We reserved a room, and when we looked at it, it was filthy. It smelled terribly, and they were light fixtures that were not functional in the room. The hotel was not secure, and there was overflowing garbage cans outside we are requesting a refund for our payment, which was made prior to arrival.
