Step onto the amazing 112-mile Paul Bunyan Trail, which connects to the Heartland, Blue Ox, and Cuyuna State Trails just 30 feet from the property - perfect for cycling and hiking, snowmobiling, or skiing in the winter. ATV trails abound! Leech Lake activities are 15 minutes away. Itasca State Park and Mississippi Headwaters are 25 minutes away. Five golf courses are available, all within a 30-mile radius.

An amazing place! So spacious, fully stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Carissa was patient with all my questions, and responded very quickly. Beautiful property! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and georgous view of the lake for our friend family trip. The house very comfortably slept our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) and would have had room for more! The ourdoor areas were perfect for activities. The location was very conveinient for our day trip adventures to the headwaters and fishing piers. The hosts were very responsive to questions and requests. Would definitely recommend!!
