The staff were very pleasant and the entranceway was extremely clean. The sheets were old and peeling, and the furniture was worn, but everything was clean and usable. I was on the top floor and it was very quiet. For the price it was a good deal. I would recommend avoiding the fitness center, though as it was small, dark and extremely stinky.

We had to move rooms because someone left two barking dogs alone for hours. The whole third floor and elevator always smelled like weed and there was a roach in the dining room and the shower. The shower curtain had mold on it. We left early.

Everything was great including the staff. The reason for 4 stars is the bed was hard as rock. I kean no give at all. I kept getting up through the night because my back was hurting so bad. I won't stau here again only because of that. Otherwise the place was great, clean and very easy checkin.
