Yes it was fresh ...there were no biscuits for the round scrabled eggs and sausage . First room we were given had wet carpetso we hadto move to another room. Second room was clean and nice except for ink scribbled on thw chair. Guy at the desk was very politeand friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

I had to wipe the entry floor because it had something sticky on it. I know the staff can't enforce this all the time but I hate going into a hallway and it smells like marijuana. The morning staff when we were leaving was very nice.

Tub was gross. Almost fell off the toilet due to the seat moved. Around the window seal was a bunch of black stuff and gross. The juice at breakfast was watered down. You get what youpay for I guess.

Room smelled like wet dog, only gave half sized pillows on bed, slipped on bathroom floor and cut my elbow open on sink bar and had to go buy liquid bandaid to stop bleeding after 20 minutes. TV kept freezing half the time, refrigerator had major ice build up so couldn’t use top shelf and other shelves were loose so my can drinks fell over. Internet was free but as slow as using my 5G cell connection. First floor was noisy because of parking lot and people talking loud until 2am and few other minor things.

WILL NOT be staying at Best Western Plus Regency Park in Walker again. Breakfasts were nasty. Be careful getting out of the shower. I took a shower, dried off in shower and dried bottom of my feet before stepping out on bathroom floor and still slipped due to humidity I guess and cut my elbow open on the sink platform because it has sharp edges, not rounded off edges. I had to go buy liquid bandaid to stop the bleeding after 20 minutes. Room I stayed in smelled like a wet dog and the first floor double queen rooms are noisy because of cars and people outside talking loud all night until about 2am. Refrigerator had huge ice buildup and shelves weren’t sturdy, so my cokes wouldn’t sit upright. On the beds, they only provide 4 half pillows instead of regular full pillows. The TV stations kept hesitating and I’m guessing it’s DirectTV because in top right corner of channels it said DTV, so was very hard watching programs when it stops video/audio and then starts and stops for about half my stay there. Won’t be going back to that hotel again. The LaQuinta Suites next door I’ve stayed 2 times before this trip and got 5 stars on EVERYTHING with no problems mentioned above, so I highly recommend the LaQuinta Inn Suites that’s within walking distance I shouldn’t have changed but thought I’d try to save $10 a night which was a HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!
