I like the simple AmericInn design, the breakfast, the pool and hot tub. I didn't like not having an elevator and on this visit the hot tub was out of order. My wife and I are in goood shape so the lack of an elevator didn't bother us much.

Worse $270/night hotel in USA. Cold showers, dirty carpets, pitiful breakfast. If you are going to double your prices during summers, improve your services. At best, $70/night hotel and only if you are tired of sleeping in your car.

The first room they gave us looked like someone was already staying in the room, Heather moved us to another room and profusely apologized and got us a room that had been cleaned! After enjoying sometime enjoying the town of.park rapids went back to hotel to soak in the hottub, of course out of order! Breakfast and Heather is what earned 2 stars and not zero.

The reason this review is so favorable is the general manager, Jessica. We met her at check-in and she was delightful, she personified Hospitality. She helped us with everything from the tv to where we might dine, with a smile and a super helpful attitude. If she was closer to my home I’d try to poach her for my business. If AmericInn could clone her they’d have the #1 spot in every market.

The room was dirty. I don't think it was vacuumed for a long time. the counter top was clammy, the sink had hair in it and the bathroom vanity top hadn't been washed for a while. I pulled the sheets back and yuck. Unfortunately the motel was booked and we were to tired to move. Never again will we stay there.

The hotel was quiet..it worked for our stay. The cleanliness could have been much better..our fridge was dirty, bathroom had garbage on the floor behind the toilet..there were no clean towels for the pool area/dirty towels stacked to the brim. Pool bathroom was messy..just needs better cleaning all around. Breakfast was alright..eggs and waffles were good. Staff was super friendly!
