**Basement Level** - The basement of the house is the Resort's community game room and coin laundry area for all guests of the Resort to enjoy. Other guests of the Resort do not have access to the Main Level living areas or Second Level of the house.

Nestled along the bends of Fish Hook River, the Brick House at Riverside Point Resort is a cozy haven in Park Rapids. Originally built in 1945, with its rustic charm and vintage appeal, this welcoming abode offers a simple yet comfortable retreat for families and friends alike.
Step inside to discover a spacious sanctuary boasting four bedrooms and two bathrooms, each thoughtfully appointed to cater to your needs. The heart of the home, a well-loved kitchen, beckons with its ample storage and all the essentials for cooking up delicious meals. Adjacent, a cozy dining room sets the stage for shared meals and quality time together.

In the inviting living room, sink into the comfort of a large sectional as you unwind in front of a smart TV with cable, offering plenty of entertainment options. Retreat to one of the two downstairs bedrooms, each offering a cozy queen bed, smart TV for streaming, and spacious closets for your belongings.

Ascend the stairs to the upper level where you'll find a charming loft area with two sets of twin bunk beds, creating a playful haven for the young and young-at-heart to dream of adventures and share endless laughter. Additionally, the master bedroom awaits with a comfortable king bed and a versatile full futon, ideal for lounging or accommodating additional guests. Adjacent, a second bedroom offers two twin beds and ample closet space for added convenience.

Outside, a sprawling deck invites you to enjoy the fresh air with seating and a propane fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Fire up the grill for a barbecue, with both propane and charcoal options provided for your convenience.

Downstairs, the common area of the resort offers coin laundry facilities and a game room for all guests of the Resort, providing a fun escape with a pool table, ping pong table, and an array of board games.

PARKING
Guests of the Brick House are allowed up to 4 vehicles on the property. Permission from our management team is required for additional vehicles and trailers as parking is limited. The House has 2 designated spaces near the deck. Additional parking for 2 additional vehicles is available on the grass area across from the cabins.

SITE MANAGEMENT

To ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable, our dedicated site managers are available in Cabin #1 to assist you with any requests, questions, or concerns during your stay.

PONTOON RENTAL

At Riverside Point Resort, we offer a pontoon for guests to rent on-site from the 3rd weekend in May to the 2nd Weekend of October. The pontoon is capable of pulling tubers and also features AM/FM Radio, plenty of storage and a nice shade canopy so you can comfortably enjoy everything Fish Hook River/Lake has to offer during your stay!

*IMPORTANT INFO/RULES*
-$500 damage deposit per pontoon rental.
- The first full tank of fuel is provided. Each refueling thereafter will be charged to the guest.
- Guests are not permitted to refuel the pontoon themselves.
- Fuel for the pontoon is sold on-site for $6.50/gallon.
- Lifejackets are provided.
