This property is located in Fayston Vermont in a rural, mountainous, neighborhood along Route 17 with plenty of private woods. With close proximity to Mad River Glen, Sugarbush Ski Resort, and The Mad River Barn, this property offers an escape to Vermont's Green Mountains while being conveniently located to many amenities.

You will have access to the entire house and both front and backyard. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.

Though a 4 WD vehicle and snow tires are always recommended when traveling anywhere in Vermont, this property is located just off the main road and the driveway is short and flat. Rarely would anyone have any accessibility issues other than an ice storm.
