Ran into an inconvenience at this property.. booked 3 rooms for my father thru expedia and rooms werent ready at checkin time. Parents went back after 10 pm and rooms still werent ready x 3. Although manager offered points enough for 1 future night stay she was unwhilling to haggle on free rooms or some kind of compensation for the current issue. My parents are over 60 and sleep early and were made to wait in a lobby until midnight!! Expedia did what they could to the best of their ability but it rested on an unwhilling property manager! Sad thing is i suggested they stay here. Fair warning to others looking to stay here.. if you need management help.. good luck with that! Im deeply disappointed.. after all these are my parents! Will no longer be staying here in the future nor suggest it

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Staff is wonderful. Hotel clean, breakfast has a nice variety but also in walking distance to Cracker Barrel, Starbucks, and Los Compadres, a nice Mexican restaurant. My only complaint this visit was every ice machine was not working or had no ice. But I would stay again.

Property was overall ok but not as nice or clean as expected. Hallways smelled like marijuana smoke and exterior of property smelled like cigarette smoke. Room very plain and nothing special. You get what you pay for I guess. I would not stay here again.
