This is really an extended stay hotel but I only needed the one night. It’s easy to find. Good location near resteraunts and a grocery store. Pretty quiet overall with faint highway noise. Room was spacious. Pretty clean ( dead water bug in the closet). Very new. Bare essentials available but adequate. The only issue I have is they take a $100 deposit and keep your money for 10 days. With 144 rooms, if full, they are floating themselves a loan of $144,000 a day with customers money. This must be illegal. There was no mention of that in the description. I’m never concerned about the hotels taking a credit card for incidentals. I get that but charging $100 and keeping it for 10 days is unacceptable. I feel that people should be made aware.

Our room key did not work our entire stay with lack of urgency to resolve the situation.Through multiple attempts to ask management and staff to fix our room key, there was a lack of communication between the staff leading to multiple re-explainations and no resolution. We had to eventually change rooms on our last night, which lead to us being awoken at 7am the next day from a staff member calling our new room. There was no record of us changing rooms and staff was very confused how we were in a different room. Again, the lack of communication resulted in inconvenience and a disappointing stay. I emailed and called the manager with no response. Overall would not recommend staying here again.

Property was newer and clean with exception of the pool that needed to be cleaned. Came to watch my son play football At Baylor game. The gym was very updated and clean. The day staff was so much nicer than the evening staff. A bit annoyed that you have to purchase wifi if you need to connect more than one device. No free breakfast but had a full kitchen which was nice. Over all it was a bit pricey for what you actually get. The location was perfect. I probably would stay again if the price dropped significantly.

Place is dirty. They allow pets. Hair everywhere. Socks turn black on bottom in minutes. We booked 2 rooms for family. Did not get conjoining, near or even same floor! Staff said they could move us for future nights and did not follow through. “Our manager isn’t in until Monday” was their go to phrase. We left after 1 night of 3. We’re told we wouldn’t get charged. Guess what, we were. Took Expedia 5 days and over 5 attempts to even get in touch with them. Never going here again. Pool was closed… hotel literally sits on highway.

Thought it was a pretty good hotel. Brand new so that was nice. I will say that I thought that the room was very narrow. The walls are also paper thin so you hear all noises from rooms around you. Our room key did stop working for some reason and we had to get a new one. Also it is kinda odd that you have to insert a room key into a box to use the lights in the room.

Nice room and other amenities, but room could use a table and couple of comfortable chairs for eating, Also beds could be raised up higher. Overall was very good experience.
