I love Everhome ~ I really do ~ the staff is amazing ~ this past visit I became very ill to the point I thought I needed EMS ~ but that wasn't the issue ~ the issue was someone above me (a construction worker) who made it sound like he was doing just that ALL NIGHT LONG until midnight ~ when I went down to complain after being woken from being so drained of sickness ~ I bumped into him at the elevator ~ not knowing it was him ~ he was drunk and almost fell on me ~ I watched him go to his truck and drink more ~ then it started all over ~ call made to desk ~ and it bothered me that it seems as if it was ok because "quite time hadn't started". I am there weekly for business ~ and this was the very 1st time I wasn't happy. BUT I STILL LOVE THIS PLACE ~ I will start requesting to be on the 4th floor for now on ~ Happy Holidays Everhome ~ I will be back next year

The only issue I had was no hot water to shower. Kept calling front desk, no answer. I go down to let them know. I was told give them 5 minutes. Still no hot water. I only got " Im really sorry " upon check out.
