staff was friendly and helpful. Bad thing was smoking is allowed in rooms in this smoke free property - employee told me there was no way to know what people were doing in their rooms, so no way to really guarantee a smoke free room. I requested a smoke free room. First room I was given was NOT at all smoke free. Window seals was full of cigarette butts and black marks where cigarettes had been put out. Second room was less smokey but The shower head was more than 90% blocked - sadly my shower was quick and no way to wash my hair. The ac unit was very loud when it was first coming on.

Room was super dirty. We had to pull out nasty hair from the sink and bathroom because the water would get clogged every time we turned it on. Staff was super ghetto (and no, I’m not being racist. White peoples can be ghetto too, even more so sometimes). They looked to be high off drugs when checking us in.

The ladies are the front desk are super sweet and nice. The hotel isn’t fancy but it’s decent, clean, and in a safe location. I think it was very good for the price and I would definitely stay here again.

Very unclean and outdated. Lots of gross stains plus ants in the linens. The staff (Vanya in particular) was extremely kind when I was talking with her during check in, but we made the decision we needed to leave.

Verified traveler

When we arrived there was water standing on the floor under the window and air conditioner. It had rained hard as we drove to the hotel, We reported it to the desk and were given towels to mop it up. A maintenance report was filed. It did not rain again while we were there. No internet service the first evening we were there. We reported it and it was fixed the second day. Does this happen often?
