We were initially hesitant about staying here after reading some reviews mentioning rude staff, but that couldn’t have been further from our experience. The staff were absolutely incredible—kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made our stay feel special. We loved our room and the property overall. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. It was also very convenient to walk around, with everything we needed close by. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely come back.

Great location and the sunset lounge is really cool. The food variety for breakfast and dinner buffet is okay but not a lot of variety from day to day. Main complaint is the charge for bike rentals and the pool is a little cold, but I was there in December (the windy cold season)
