The room we stayed was noisy due to construction next door but the staff was able to change our room per our request quickly to accommodate our needs. Great courtesy and services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and easy access to the beach was excellent. Very convenient location. Lovely pool. Lifeguards on duty. Nice breakfast buffet. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Excellent service and a cool drink during check in. A clean spacious room as well as a large gym which I utilised. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are large, the buffet breakfast is huge, and the food is fresh! The iced Vietnamese coffee was delicious! The private beach area with walkway above the busy street, with chairs, towels, and drinks/food option was fabulous! The staff is kind, and helpful in all ways. They arranged a limousine ride back to Ho Chi Minh City airport for us, and it was wonderful! We will return again for sure!

The property is absolutely First Class. The issue would be a lot of construction as Vung Tau is growing into a major destination. We won’t hold that against The Imperial Hotel, it just bears sharing. There are roadblocks and noise which will no doubt subside. Hopefully soon. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the food is great. Very helpful friendly staff. The beach has way too much rubbish, even in front of the hotel. But…this is a special property!

Lovely sea view and lovely staff, but improvements could be made to cater for western tastes better and thought we might be able to order drinks by the pool, but waiter never came to us. A little disappointed and consequently ate and had drinks out each evening.
