I recently stayed here and wanted to share my experience, highlighting both the positives and the challenges I encountered. Positives - The complimentary transfer from Ho Chi Minh was smooth and timely, a great service to offer. - The property is beautifully located and well-maintained. - My room was the perfect size and provided a much-needed retreat after a long day. The water pressure in the shower was impressive, making for a refreshing experience. - The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help, which made a difference during my stay. - The spa services were excellent, far exceeding my expectations with five treatments that were truly enjoyable. Challenges However, my experience was marred by certain issues, particularly regarding the “All Inclusive” package. Given the premium rate of around AUD $500 per night, I expected a more comprehensive offering. It was disappointing to find that popular cocktails like margaritas and strawberry daiquiris were not included, along with many other beverage options. As Christmas approached, it became clear that the staff were overwhelmed by the increased guest volume. Service times lagged significantly, with call buttons often going unanswered. On Christmas Eve, the chaos at Breeza was particularly frustrating; it took considerable time to place drink orders, and the menu offered fewer “All Inclusive” choices tha

Their all inclusive wasn’t very all inclusive. Many things were not included on the menu, room service was not included. Room was spacious but had been used hard. Lots of loud children crowing the resort all over. The swim up bar also served ice cream so a million kids waiting for ice cream and made getting a beverage difficult. I would not recommend for the price.
