The Hotel is in a fantastic location, with beach access, excellent. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. And the service/hospitality is below average. Room cleaning was poor, and the check-out by the receptionist man was terrible. Very unfriendly, careless, and disrespectful. His service was the most shocking, and he was very proud of his behavior. He should be put through etiquette training.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk maar je voelde dat er iets niet klopte. Het draaide op enkele vaste medewerkers en de nieuwe of vakantiejobs waren nog niet ingewerkt.gelukkig dat ikzelf mijn afrekening in het oog hield of ik zou dubbel betaald hebben door een computerfout. De mosselen waren ondermaats klein. Dat was spijtig . Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende. De aandacht en de voorziening voor mensen met een handicap is zeer goed

Prachtig gelegen, super vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers, lekker eten. Nadeel : veel lawaai 's morgens door het onderhoudspersoneel. Verschillende personeelsleden spreken geen woord Nederlands en doen niet de minste moeite om een basis te spreken. Erg voor het moederland van het Nederlands en onrespectvol naar de Nederlandstalige klanten.

We vinden de ontvangst al fantastisch en met name de upgrade van Ronald de hotelmanager die zichtbaar de touwtjes zeer goed in handen heeft. Uitstekende bar en dinerzaal met erg lekker eten. De junior suite was fantastisch met een waanzinnig uitzicht over de Westerschelde. Hele fijne ervaring gehad in Arion vlissingen.
