Very cool place, a hotel in the old building of the sailors' school. The building breathes nautical history, yet it has all the modern elements you'd expect from a hotel. We loved this place !

I was very impressed by my stay from the time i arrived at the hotel and until i checked out. The welcome was very warm and i got a nice upgrade to the sea view with wonderful view and it was amazing. The room was spacious and the amenities were very nice.

This place is GORGEOUS! We were here for the historical aspect. My husband’s grandfather taught at this Merchant Marine School way back in the day. We were shocked by how nice everything is. The only reasons I didn’t give this fabulous place five stars is: 1. No refrigerator! At the beach, I need my drinks cold! 2. While dinner was undoubtedly excellent, I left the table somewhat hungry and I never finish my plate. And the cost for a meal for 5 without apps or dessert was $343. But it was DELICIOUS. I will absolutely stay here again.

I wasn’t happy that when I came back to the hotel from work my room wasn’t cleaned.. I wasn’t informed at the reception you had to place your card outside the door to let them know you need your room cleaned.. for me this is a hotel trying to deceive you into not cleaning your room

Leider gab es montags kein Frühstück und ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre toll. Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer keinerlei Duschabtrennung sodass man schauen musste nicht alles im Bad nass zu machen. Ansonsten SUPER sauber egal wohin man schaut. Das Fenster konnte man öffnen aber es gab auch eine Klimaanlage. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Hotel allgemein sind sehr schön eingerichtet! Das Bett war sehr bequem, ein Smart TV gab es auch. Also sehr schöner Kurztrip direkt am Meer. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz für 12,50€/Tag gemietet der direkt am Hotel aber nicht überdacht war. Für das Zimmer hatte unser Digital Key erst nicht funktioniert und auf Nachfrage gab es auch eine Zimmerkarte und uns wurde sofort und sehr nett geholfen!

Ein wirklich schönes historisches Hotel ( oder jedenfalls wirkt es so). Zimmer mit Meerblick sind einfach sensationell. Ich hatte selten eine so tolle Aussicht aus meinem Bett: das weite Meer, die Containerschiffe, vorbeifliegende Möwen. Werde den Aufenthakti immer in guter erinnerung behalten! Für den Preis fand ich das Bad eher Mittelmässig und klein , es ist kein abgetrennter Raum sondern eine einzelne Klokabine und Duschkabine mit Waschbecken im Eingang des Zimmers. In einem so feinen Hotel hätte ich auch Roomservice schlön gefunden - stattdessen bin ich selbst an die Bar um uns unsere Drinks und snacks zu holen.

Het personeel was top zeer behulpzaam, Kamer was lux, groot en zeer zuiver. en een prachtig bed eten was goed geregeld zeer veel keuze en men was zeer behulpzaam met het samen stellen van het menu. enig min puntje waren de zenders op TV veel storing maar je bent op vakantie niet om tv te kijken
