On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a fireplace. In case you feel like organizing a gripping competition, there are some games and PlayStation 3 for you to use.

On the second floor you will find another cozy bedroom and a bathroom. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

If you prefer to be outside, this villa has plenty to offer. At any time you can enjoy the carefully maintained, green garden with private pool. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool where you can completely relax with your favorite magazine or fantastic music. In case you want to play table tennis, tennis balls and rackets are available. The best thing about it is that the table tennis table is in the shade, so you can play it even when the sun is shining. Do you like the scent of lavender? There are beautiful lavender bushes in the garden, making Villa Jelena a calming oasis. There is a terrace with a dining table and a charcoal barbecue. This outdoor dining area offers impressive views of the surrounding countryside, which you can enjoy over a delicious meal or favorite drink. The villa is located in the small village of Baldasi, which is only a short drive away from the idyllic medieval village of Vizinada. Vizinada lies in quiet seclusion and yet is integrated into the hustle and bustle of the village. The town center can be reached by bike via the Parenzana, probably the most beautiful cycling route in Istria. If you visit Vizinada, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful view from the hill overlooking the Mirna Valley and the blue and green colors of Istria. A car is recommended. Beautiful beaches in the Porec area are only a short drive away.
