The house is located on a partially fenced plot of 300 m² with an infinity pool, from which there is a beautiful panoramic view of the greenery and the sea in the distance. There are sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of good wine.
