Nice to meet you, Addison (Paxdella) - your host. My place is well located on the beachfront of the beautiful Praia da Costa, a privileged neighborhood in the city of Vila Velha, Espírito Santo. Everything is right at your doorstep: shopping malls, pharmacies, restaurants, hospitals, etc. Beautiful ocean view, 8 km of boardwalk connecting to Itapuã Beach and Itaparica Beach. Praia da Costa delights travelers both day and night with its illuminated sands. Furthermore, there is an elevator, private covered parking, privacy, and security. My traveling guest will feel very relaxed, happy, and have plenty of privacy in their own home within my space. I offer a simple, cozy space, free from noises or sounds that could disturb your rest throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. The furniture is functional, without luxury, well-maintained, basic, and necessary for the traveler's stay. The living room has a large and comfortable space, with a breeze coming from the sea. The rooms are well-ventilated, the bathrooms are well-ventilated, and the kitchen and service area have windows for ventilation. There is one private, marked, numbered parking space with the apartment number, free from any obstructions. I, the owner and host, will personally provide all information regarding the use of the internal space to the traveling guest, as well as the necessary information for using the areas that make up the garage patio, the gates, the entrance reception, and the building's elevators.
