O hotel é bem barulhento, por conta do trânsito colado na avenida, a ponto de não conseguir dormir. Talvez sua experiência não seja tão ruim se seu quarto não for do lado que dá pra avenida. A equipe até trocou de quarto, mas apenas para um de cama de solteiro (não queen, como eu tinha reservado) e ainda falou um "uns quartos é barulho da rua, outros do elevador, outros é luz porque a janela não tem blackout. Não tem jeito". Além disso o café da manhã tem pouca fruta e, apesar de ir até às 10h, 9:30 já não repõem nem água.

Eu fiz uma reserva de cama queen e fui direcionada a um quarto PCD, sem que tivesse pedido ou ainda o atendente me informado, quando fui reclamar, o atendente disse que era o único disponível naquele dia (falta de organização e comunicação do atendimento). A central de ar fazia barulho, era antiga não apagava o visor da numeração, o que atrapalha o descanso, as toalhas super ásperas, o café da manhã não possui uma boa diversidade. O que salvou foi a localização do hotel.

No geral o hotel é bom. Funcionários simpaticos, quarto limpo, etc. Me incomodou que apesar do quarto ser isolado a gente escuta o barulho de outras portas abrirem e incomoda muito quado ocorre na hora do sono. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade. Senti falta de um cuidado um pouco maior como os intens serem servidos mais frescos.
