Although the room is small and the bedding is not very comfortable, I enjoyed the availability of complimentary coffee and water. Small items but I felt like the hotel is not trying to make me pay for everything. I stayed for a week at a top hotel is Vitoria and I didn’t feel at home.

Foi tudo dentro do que eu esperava pelo valor da diária, em comparação com outros hotéis. A equipe da recepção é excelente, o quarto estava limpo, fica na mesma rua do convento, tem uma churrascaria na mesma rua, tem um bar quase ao lado do hotel que serve prato executivo, sanduíche e espetinho a noite. Disponibilizam filtros de água. O café da manhã eu achei ótimo em relação ao custo da diária.

O hotel é simples, mas a localização é excelente. No coração da Prainha. Dá pra ir ao convento, restaurantes e bares andando. Na festa da Penha, não deve ter lugar melhor para ficar.

Custo benefício excelente pra quem está fazendo curso ou a trabalho. Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento excelente em todos os quesitos. Mas AS FOTOS NÃO SÃO REAIS. Eu escolhi um quarto e ao chegar meu quarto mto ruim. Deixo aqui minha reclamação sobre isso, pois selecionei um quarto que estava proposto no site e me colocaram em um que nem tinha opção a opção no site. O hotel tem cheiro de m@conh@ e cigarro, mas provavelmente são hóspedes que fazem isso em seus quartos. A limpeza estava excelente, banheiro grande e limpíssimo. Vou voltar com certeza, mas agora sabendo como ele é real.
