A hospitalidade da equipe foi excelente. Nossa estadia, foi no período do dia dos namorados e prepararam uma surpresa incrível . Estão de parabéns. Nossa saida estava prevista para antes do horário previsto de café da manhã, a equipe antecipou a refeição para nos atender com um delicioso café.

O atendimento foi excelente, toda equipe muito prestativa, mas tivemos alguns problemas, a noite de caldos estava fraca, e a cozinha não podia fazer nada, tivemos que pedir pizza fora, enquanto gostaríamos de pedir porções para degustarmos chopp e vinhos. No café da manhã as xícaras estavam com cheiro de guardadas, algumas até com cheiro de barata. A água acabou as 8:30 horas de domingo, pagamos mais caro por um quarto com banheira e quando fomos fazer o último uso do utensílio não tinha água, saímos as 11 horas da pousada e não conseguimos nem lavar as mãos. Enquanto que ao lado do nosso chalé tinha uma caixa d'água de 10.000 litros desativada. Fica como sugestão para que próximos hóspedes não passem pela mesma situação. Outro detalhe, não vi segurança, já que a fechadura eletrônica da porta do chalé era o número do mesmo, então qualquer pessoa poderia entrar no chalé do outro sem autorização, achei isso estranho, era melhor utilizar TAG de acesso para não colocar o hóspede em risco de algo desagradável.

O local é lindo. Porém percebemos que pra hospedar tem alguns pontos da área externa que parecem estar sem certos cuidados. Acredito que por falta de mão de obra. Visto que necessita de manutenção constante um lugar desses. Mas nada demais. As suítes são limpas, roupas de cama e banho limpíssimas. Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã maravilhoso. O cardápio do restaurante é bem diversificado.
