Overall great experience

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Enjoyed our time and definitely had a beautiful view of the ocean. My family and I could not stay off of the balcony. Cleanliness of the room was overall good. Found random strays of hair here and there, could’ve been left while cleaning. Did not love the parking situation, but wasn’t terrible.

The property was clean and quiet. Staff was amazing. I wasnt happy at all with the parking on the app it states on property parking when we checked in we had to park down the street from the hotel, on line it stated 1 spot per room parking that definitely was not the case.

The front desk staff was absolutely unprofessional. The wait to check in was very long . The front desk employee even dared threatening us by saying “ I will cancel your reservation “ . Instead of him taking accountability and apologizing for waiting to check in in line about 25 minutes he proceeded to be unprofessional and unethical. I will make sure that everyone is aware of the poor and unprofessional level of service encountered at the hotel
