The Spark by Hilton offers a budget-friendly beachfront location, but the overall experience falls short for guests seeking comfort and convenience. Check-in on New Year’s Day involved long waits with limited staff, and parking was inconvenient, requiring a walk across the street with luggage. The hotel appears clean but dated, with visible wear such as rusted elevators and patchwork repairs on walls and floors. While the room size was adequate and the shower and toiletries were above average, several issues impacted the stay. Upon arrival, the room was not fully prepared, the TV remote was missing and the replacement did not work, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The bed was particularly uncomfortable, with a thin mattress and poor pillows, leading to soreness after sleeping. Breakfast options were minimal, consisting mainly of bagels, muffins, and hard-boiled eggs. Overall: This hotel may suit younger travelers focused on price and beach access, but it is not recommended for families or older adults due to comfort and maintenance concerns.

Checkin in 12/31 was good and fast and friendly staff got into room tv and room phone did not work so changes room the second room was butter and the view was amazing u saw the strip and the water front . Very clean and nice setting area for breakfast

My room was clean, staff came around and cleaned every day. Vyron was very attentive to my family's needs. It was a grab n go type breakfast with plenty of fruit. He was often there to offer assistance. Coffee and water for tea is always available. Ms. Deepa was always approachable and accommodating. She is very aware of her guests needs for privacy and safety. Overall my stay was comfortable, safe and refreshing.

Room was decent but could have been better. Ocean view isn’t so great when the windows haven’t been cleaned in a while. Dirt in cracks and a few questionable spots on the ceiling. There were randomly propped open doors to the stairwell and the utility room which struck me as odd and a bit sketchy as a single woman traveler. Staff seemed stressed and overworked which didn’t allow them to be very attentive. Overall an ok experience. Good location, peaceful, quiet, sheets and towels seemed clean and were well stocked

The room was spotless and noticeably cleaner than other similar price range hotels, including other Hilton hotels. The room does not come with a coffee pot or a microwave, but since I don't usually use them, I did not factor them into my review.

The staff is super friendly. Rooms are very clean with plentyof clean fresh towels. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice view of the ocean and boardwalk. Continental breakfast was included and great choice selection. Quite over winter holiday season.
