Stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean, the bathroom door, opening inwards was a little awkward in such a small space. The hotel staff were all very friendly. Ocean view was great. Would definitely stay there again.

There was no room service. There was not food anywhere as the restaraunt was not open.The convenience store was non existant as advertised. The front desk was never available to answer the phone and often was not even at the front desk. The toilet backed up and the shower head broke so that the water would not stop running, leaving us to have to switch rooms mid stay. I get that we were there off season but I think if things or at are not available it should be disclosed before booking.

The staff, primarily Hannah, was so welcoming and inviting. However, the room was not what I was expecting. It was very underwhelming. It took forever for the water in the shower to get hot. It was not until the last morning that I actually got a hot shower. Also, the areas with the bathroom and the small kitchen/dining room never would get warm. It stayed pretty chilly in both areas so it felt like I could only enjoy the bedroom. Both of these were addressed with the front desk, but I never heard anything else about it. The view from the balcony and the bed itself was about the only two things that the room had going for it. All in all, it was an okay experience. Definitely not my favorite experience.

Bar was not ever open, took the hot water forever to get hot. 1st day we stayed was horrible bc the water was luke warm even after telling the front deak staff, the only good part was the breakfast- an if it was complimentary we wouldnt have ate it. Wont stay there again. Very disappointed.

I absolutely loved my stay but realy wish that the restaurant would have been open or I would have known the restaurant wasn't open out of season. I planned on eating in it so it was a bit of an inconvenience. Also the parking is across the street and that would have been nice to know.
