Great place to stay especially if you have kids because of the pool and hot tub. It an older building but well maintained. All rooms look down on the boardwalk and ocean. Great place to watch the fireworks on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Also close to the entertainment. Best thing is that they are also the lowest price on the boardwalk.

Room was clean. Air conditioning was working properly during 99 degree days. We chose this Motel for pricing for which it didn’t disappoint. There is no fee for parking nor is it hidden in resort fees. We will stay here again in the future

The rooms are small and the hallways are narrow but the view is great! The pool and hot tub were a plus. It’s an older motel so it’s not as fancy as some at the beach but for the price pad it was worth the stay.

Everything was great. Just like other reviews state, it’s an older motel, so don’t expect fancy. But you can expect CLEAN and Staff was helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool. Walking distance to so many things. Beautiful sunrise on a nice day!

This was an excellent place! 5 stars! I will definitely come back here next time I go to VA beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, location was perfect, elevator was fast, room was clean and spacious and had a coffee tea maker in it. The room has a perfect ocean view! The pool and hot tub was also very nice and a major bonus! Nice parking right there also and didn’t have to walk. I will see you guys next time!! Thanks! Shane
