Long timer disappointed

Stayed here for years and this was one of the worst sadly. The internet was down for 3 days. The pool heater wasn't working or on. The door to the boardwalk wasn't working several times. They tried to check us out early because of office miscommunication. Witnessed people checking into a room that was already occupied. Plts, there was a whole party in the top of the Parking garage one night too with loud music and drinking. Other than those things, beds were comfy and the room was clean and the staff was very helpful!

You get what you pay for but the pictures were very deceptive. Bathroom floors look like they are never cleaned. Moldy smell in the room only goes away once you leave the balcony door open all day. Front desk staff was very nice and restocked the room with paper, towels and took out trash once we asked. GREAT spot and parking garage is great. It would’ve been tolerable if there was no mold smell, other than that it was ok.

Booked this hotel for a budget friendly girls trip. Beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. The bathroom definitely is in need of a renovation (tile chipping and ceiling cracks). Bedroom was clean and check in/out was quick.

Location is across from a known late night party bar— Peabodys. Hard to pull up to for check in and frankly my family with two young children— ages 3 and 5– did not feel safe even staying here

Nice King-size bed, room clean & fine for 1 night.

Couple's trip to celebrate a birthday and get a "beach-fix" that we both needed. View of ocean partially blocked by wall of next hotel. Spacious king-bed room recently refurbished and clean but no frills. Refrigerator made annoying noise all night but that was the only noise.... hotel was very quiet. Conveniently located to interstate and boardwalk. Many nearby restaurants.

Stay clear of Seaview.

I am currently trying to get a refund for 3 nights, if not all. There are so many things that occured. We had to move 3 times in 4 nights. The first room didnt need a room key to remained unlocked. It was broken and would not latch. In that room, my Nane who is 70 already unpacked while I returned the cart. She hung up a robe that means a lot to her. Its a sloan robe. She survived cancer. She left it behibd by mistake. We didnt notice until the next day when she went to take a shower. We went back to grab it. It was now missing. We asked the naid who cleaned the room. She said no robe. So now we are denying maid service because of either theft or throwing it away and not taking accountability. Then on the 3rd day, our sink filled up with septic water with the most foul smell. We had to move again. The staff running the front desk were great. They were very apologetic. We showed them nothing but kindness. But we were on vacation and we stayed here previously and had nothing but great things to say. However this time was frustrating and there is no communication. No working phone. No internet for 5 days. Hotels. Com is "working" on my request.. but nothing. I understand that remodeling is scheduled to happen in October but these confiding were inexcusable. I need the owner to answer his emails and do the right thing and comp this trip.

The only good things I have to say about this property is that it had Ocean Front rooms and we didn't see any bugs. Otherwise, there was no internet service. We were told they had a work order in, but it never worked. The phone in the room didn't work. We were told the phone cables were old. The rug was all chewed up and coming off the edges of our door and the sliding glass door. There were overflowing trash cans on every floor. The dumpsters located at the front of the hotel were overflowing with bags of garbage, even into the parking space next to it. The indoor pool was not heated and was colder than the ocean. They offered coffee and flavored water in the lobby, but they were out of cups. There was one elevator and we had to share it with the cleaning staff and their carts so it took forever. We came back to our room late one night and our key cards didn't work. A couple of times we went to the front desk and there was no one around working. The entire building was in disarray. Thumbs down.

This property was not with the price at all!!! I paid almost $700 for 2 nights and the place was equivalent to a motel! The rooms and building is very outdated, pool was dirty, the bathroom looked dirty and old, mold and rust everywhere and big roaches in the room! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Property needs serious upgrades. It smelled and looked unclean. Cracks, cobwebs, dust, you name it. The WiFi was out in rooms. The only good thing was the convenience of the beach which was literally in our “backyard”

This properties location is excellent, almost directly in the middle of the boardwalk. We had a few snags, coffee maker did not work, Refrigerator did not work and it took two days to finally get those replaced. But once Wesley at the front desk was on the scene he took care of everything immediately. Great customer service from Wesley!! Door to the balcony stuck somewhat, and the last morning we were there we could not even get it open, so that was a bummer but the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel is perfect.

A/C went out, workers weren’t able to fix it. I spent a night without A/C. Me and My family were very upset and uncomfortable. Balcony door was stuck & hard to open. TV said no internet connection even when it was connected to wifi. Was not able to view TV on my last night at the hotel. I don’t think that I will be staying here again.
