Staff was RUDE.....!!!!! People hanging all outside in the doorways of hotel rooms a lot of in and out traffic of non guest. People sitting in cars smoking marijuana. Especially in that space by the laundry room. Unsafe will never stay again

I didn’t even get in to the room, as soon as I walked in to a smoke free room, the smell of cigarette welcomed me, the beds were terrible with numbs, the comforter was dirty and there was a whole in the wall. I immediately stepped out of the room and canceled my stay and went to another hotel. Would never try to book on any red roof.

The hotel was fairly affordable, space is clean and decent. Good point is that thus location has fast WiFi. However, the room I lived in has no refrigerator or microwave. Overall, a great stay for 4 days.

There were cockroaches at times outside and even saw one inside the room, including spiders. There was no room service the night we were there. The towels were not exchanged and there was no cleaning. The wi-fi password was not given (I didn't ask for it either).
