We were happy with room's cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and the breakfast selections. We were disappointed when a bag of York peppermint patties were stolen by the cleaning staff. I know it seems frivolous but candy is not cheap anymore. The young lady working the night desk said she would check but the young man knew nothing about it in the morning.

I flew from Lexington, KY to meet my sister in Virginia Beach just to see Charlie Wilson, K-Ci, Babyface, & El DeBarge! I was on the same flight at Uncle Charley! ✈️ He is my 5yr old granddaughter's absolute favorite person! Everyday after school she watches the episode of the Family Reunion sitcom with Charlie Wilson in it. My sister & I wanted to be close to the Veterans UHL Amphitheatre & THIS HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! We had no idea that El DeBarge's clothing designer & other band members would be staying at this hotel too! Employees were patient, professional, & kind. The lobby was gorgeous with complimentary green apples. Our room was crispy clean & equipped with EVERYTHING. The beds were super comfy! The FREE breakfast was delicious. Other good food choices were also within walking distance. The outside patio area was very nice & roomy. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing place. I would definitely stay there again and again!

Don’t stay on the 4th floor (roof ventilation hum)

The hotel is new and very nice. The breakfast is great. But no one was able to stop the continuous ventilation hum in my 4th floor room. How is anyone supposed to sleep well at night? The controls didn’t work to shut it off. Staff was alerted, but apparently didn’t care enough to do anything about it

Overall the hotel was fine. My biggest issue was that I could hear the squeaking of floor boards above me as people walked. It was like staying in an old house. Not sure if that was unique to my room or if it's like that throughout but it was very loud.

Staying for a night for a concert nearby.

The suite had a really clean nice kitchen minus a stove top but I was surprised by the dish washer and large dorm style refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft. The addition of makeup removal wipes was great! I didn’t use any of it but the tea/coffee setup also looked good. Friendly staff and a pretty decent breakfast with waffle stations, sandwich bread and bagels, the chorizo sausage was different and great to find! Everything was very clean.

I enjoyed this hotel so much that I didn't want to end my vacation. It was clean cozy, quiet and breakfast was great. The employees were pleasant as well.
