The room was fine for our family of five. The pull out couch was terrible, you could feel the springs on the mattress. Although, they say house keeping is every other day, no one ever came to replenish the towels and take out the trash. I had to go to the front desk on multiple occasions to request for towels. We also experienced racial remarks from other guest during our visit. You would think in this day and age it would get better but guess again. Not sure we will stay here again. Breakfast was also fine, wish the layout for the hot food was better.

Megan at the front desk was amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Her outgoing personality and smile is exactly what was needed after a long stressful day driving with a toddler. Kudos for making a guest feel like they were being welcomed into someone's home.
