This room had an incredible view. It was very clean and it was spacious relative to other hotels in the area. The balcony was a plus! This is a minor critique, but the smell of the cleaner was a bit strong for me. This was not a big deal, because we aired out the room for a couple hours and it was fine. If only routine cleaning is needed, perhaps it would be possible to find a cleaner with a less strong smell. Thanks so much, on the whole it was an incredible stay.

I liked that every room has a balcony with ocean view. The housekeep staff did a fine job keeping up the bed and bath rooms. The front desk employee working when we checked in on Sunday was very kind and helpful. We arrived a couple hours before the stated check-in, since the room was ready she let us check-in early. This was so thoughtful, we enjoyed that whole afternoon on the beach and boardwalk. Her name may be Tamara. The only recommendation I have for management here is to do some major renovations/upgrades during the off season ie: furniture in bedrooms, more hooks or racks in bathrooms for toiletries and clothes.

The staff was very friendly and courteous,the property very comfortable and accommodating to the needs of their guests. I enjoyed my stay at the property. I have a suggestion, try get the carpets in the property at least bimonthly.

The smell of weed was everywhere. On the balcony, in the hotel. The aircraft flight path was directly over the hotel and was deafening. Both on the beach in front of the hotel and in the room. The hot breakfast was good with eggs and sausage and potatoes. They also had a waffle maker. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean.

The property layout was very good with very easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Interior layout of the room was excellent and the hot breakfast was outstanding - good selection of food, drinks and plenty of seating. Room was very clean and did not require any room housekeeping during our entire stay. All staff members were cheerful and courteous.

Our stay was fine, and the staff were polite. However, the hotel definitely shows signs age. Shower had mildew, shampoo bottle broken off wall, and fridge did not work. The linens were clean and breakfast was good, but there is some room for improvement.

Was one of the nicer places Ive stayed at in VA Beach. Rooms are cozy without cluttered random old furniture like others. Bathroom was a nice size but the glass shower door wouldnt stay closed. View was amazing though and the beds were comfy. Will stay here again next year.
