Our one bedroom, 455 sq. ft. condo, at Retreat By The Sea is furnished with the comforts of home and offers the privacy of second floor living. We are just a short walk to the oceanfront, boardwalk, sand, restaurants and Atlantic Park and The Dome. The bedroom features a queen bed and the living room offers a pull-out, full size sofa bed. We can accommodate two adults plus two children (17 and under). Bathroom includes a tub/shower with niche. Amenities include A/C and heat, WiFi, and two smart TVs with CATV. Our kitchen is equipped with appliances including toaster and Keurig coffee maker, and a basic set of cooking and serving essentials. Dining area in the Living Room... For your convenience…linens and towels are included for each guest...For your safety...First aid kit...Interconnected smoke/carbon monoxide alarms...Wall-mounted fire extinguisher....Private entrance with deadbolt lock...Self check-in with digital code...Free parking - one assigned parking space...Laundry Room on the premises coin or app operated.. Please remember…NO SMOKING and NO PETS in the condo or on the premises...NO on-site parties or events...Cancellation...Guests will be fully refunded if they cancel more than 14 days before check-in. We had a wonderful stay! The location was super close to the beach, and the owners were great communicators. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quick little getaway!

This place was a perfect walking distance from the beach, took us only about 3 minutes. The house itself had everything you can possibly need and more. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating along with a perfect location and easy parking access. We will be back to book next year. Thanks Pat!!!

The place was spotless! Didn’t need to bring anything. Full stocked kitchen supplies, towels, linens, dishes, garbage bags and more. Everything is in walking distance. Easy parking. Very impressed how clean it was. Highly recommend.
