Clean carpeting and rooms. Ample dressers, which was really useful for our family staying 2 weeks, and all 3 beds were the best quality out of all the condos we've stayed at in Playa Rana Condominiums. We've been coming every summer for the past 6 years, and we usually book alongside extended family, so that says a lot!The only downside is the couch in the living room is one of those uncomfortable Ikea couches that no one enjoys sitting on for a family movie night - you can't fit and it's not cushioned well enough. But this did not ruin our stay nor does it lower my rating of this hospitable condo experience.

Do not consider renting this property because the host is unreliable. We never received the code for entering the property 24 hours in advance. This forced us to find other lodging. VRBO will not help you when this happens. They are not interested in the renter. They only want to take a percent off the cost of the rental. There are far better owners and host in the Virginia Beach area than this property. VRBO will not even provide a refund for the cleaning service bill that we never use since we didn’t use the property. Be very careful when you rent from any of these agencies.

A gem by the beach!!

This condo was perfect for our family’s stay in Virginia Beach. The location was perfect, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable, with nice touches like saltwater taffy (kids loved that) and beach chairs/toys available to use. The beds were great, the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in rentals. The owner (Chris) was very responsive and a pleasure to coordinate with. We had questions as we were not familiar to the area, and she had great suggestions for routes/restaurants. We hope to stay again for future visits!

The condo was really nice. It has everything that you would want for a long or short vacation. The location was great as well. This is one of the best locations on the beach because a lot of things happen right at 28th St. I hope to stay here again. Our host, Christine, was fantastic and was very communicative.
