"Very convenient it is inside the airport and the staff is very helpful and very nice it is a pod hotel so there is no toilet in the unit however the walk to the toilet only 1 minute so it's ok we used it for the second year in a row and still happy with it especially the location oh yes there is a front desk 24 hours so if you check in late it's still ok we did check in both years at 1 am"

"I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding a recent hotel stay booked through platform . The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, severely impacting my travel and well-being, and reflects an unacceptable standard of service from both the property and, regrettably, from Expedia's customer support.Upon my arrival, the pervasive lack of cleanliness was immediately apparent and deeply concerning. The room, particularly the floor, was visibly dirty, and to my horror, I discovered bed bugs in the mattress, resulting in multiple painful bites. This constitutes a serious health and hygiene violation that made the accommodation uninhabitable. My repeated attempts to secure basic amenities, such as an iron and additional bedding, from the hotel staff were met with no response, further highlighting the property's dereliction of duty. Communication was also significantly hampered by a language barrier with on-site personnel, making it impossible to address these critical issues effectively. By the second day, the conditions had become so intolerable that I felt compelled to reach out to Expedia's customer service, desperately seeking a transfer to an alternative, habitable hotel. While the representative attempted to contact the property manager, I was informed that the manager was unavailable. The only advice provided was for me to independently secure alternative accommodation, with no guarantee of a refund for the remaining nights"

"This hotel is a scam place. We booked a trip to Hanoi via Expedia on March 19, 2026. We planned to stay there for two days. However, the place was faulty in its advertising. The smell was so bad, like it was old and moldy. We entered the room for just 5 minutes and we left. We had to book a different hotel due to the fact that the hotel is not in good condition to serve customers. I reported this problem to the front desk staff, stating that the pictures in their advertising on Expedia included a washer and dryer, but there were none in our room. We called Expedia to report this problem, but Expedia did not do anything to prevent this scam. Despite this, they let them charge us the full amount even though we did not stay. We are really disappointed that Expedia did not have the power to do anything to protect their customers from the scam. We will never use Expedia to book any of our further trips. We also want to alert everyone about this hotel. I hope Expedia can do something to prevent further damage to their customers, to prevent the scam, and to protect their customers, as this can happen to anyone. I hope Expedia can remove this hotel from your website because it is not a hotel in good condition to serve your customers."
