Surrounded by 25 hectares of vineyards, the charm and authenticity of this fully renovated 19th century building of 600m2 will delight you. The building includes 8 bedrooms (including two PMR). The common rooms consist of a large family kitchen open to a large living room with fireplace and table football, a 2nd large living room and a large dining room. Shops nearby (GAURIAC 5min) or Blaye and Bourg sur Gironde (12min), many activities nearby.

Das Haus hat 6 Schlafzimmer und 2 zusätzliche Behindertenschlafzimmer Die Wasch und Dussituation ist kasernenmässig geregelt Das heißt ein Waschtisch mit 5 Plätzen 2 Toiletten und 2 duschen Femaleür eine Grosse Maleänner Gruppe wunderbar für eine gemischte Gruppe bedingt nutzbar

La demeure est située au milieu des vignes, avec une superbe vue sur les alentours. Beaucoup de charme mais aussi le confort des équipements modernes (literie neuve, cuisine très bien équipée). C'est encore plus beau qu'en photo !
