Situated close to a main road, this semi-detached house features a 240 m² enclosed garden and parking space. On the ground floor, it comprises a veranda, a lovely living area of approximately 40 m² with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave), dining area, and lounge, and two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm).
