They placed us in a room near where they were having a party. It was 12 at night and we couldn't sleep. We were about to leave the hotel at that time to go look for another one because we had some cardiology exams at 6:00 a.m. A total disaster. They did not respect the tranquility of the guest

I was a “The stay itself was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, I was charged double for an extra person, even though I had already paid for that in advance. I tried to resolve it during my stay, but the issue wasn’t corrected. The personal is unprofessional, is not organization , first they can’t find my already paid reservation for check in , hotels.call them to fixie the issue but the worst was in the check out , they let my family wait for more of 45 minutes because they can find the paid receipt, after all this embarrassment time they finally find that the reservation was paid totally in advance , causing my family be late and lose the return transportation.

Desafortunadamente no fue la mejor experiencia … las instalaciones están bonitas el personal de recepción muy amable sin embargo hay un tema con el resto del personal del hotel especialmente con la cocina, para ser honesta los Platos no tienen bien sabor y el Personal específicamente de la conocía es muy desentendido con las necesidades.
