The beautiful residences of Villasimius are centered around a spacious swimming pool and a charming square, the heart of the Club. Located on the southeastern tip of Sardinia, this peaceful retreat is just a few hundred meters from the sea and a short walk from Villasimius town center. Separated from Campulongu Beach by 500 meters of lush woodland with protected pines and junipers, the area offers a serene atmosphere.

The complex is near a prestigious 18-hole golf course, equestrian facilities, and scenic routes with views of the protected Capo Carbonara marine area. The terraced houses feature ground-floor apartments with verandas and first-floor apartments with balconies, all connected by arcades built in authentic Sardinian style. The modern apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, LCD TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. Each unit has a veranda or balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, with some apartments offering accessibility features.

The complex also offers a 270 sq. meter swimming pool, a children’s area, snack bar, free Wi-Fi around the bar, and a coin-operated laundry. The beach is 500 meters away, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent. Parking is unmonitored and available on-site.
