The apartment is located in Villasimius in a newly built building, set in a natural and very peaceful setting, characterized by the colors and scents of the Mediterranean scrub.<br>A stay in these homes is ideal for those seeking a vacation filled with complete relaxation, fun, and great food, as well as the chance to immerse themselves in Sardinian culture, enjoy sports, and meet new people.<br>Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find yourself in the center of Villasimius, where you’ll discover: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, American bars, ice cream shops, nightclubs, supermarkets, craft and clothing stores, a laundromat, a pharmacy, and a tobacco shop.<br>The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and freezer; the beautiful veranda is perfect for dining and breakfast, and the living room, complete with a sofa and TV, ensures a relaxing stay. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a spacious closet; bed linens and towel sets are available upon request. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.<br><br>The apartment has a separate entrance, and there is ample free parking available on the street outside.
