Located in Villasimius, the holiday home I Girasoli features step-free interiors and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 55 m² property includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, two LED lamps with integrated fans, and a fan. The house offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a balcony.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June 15 to September 15) and a garden. Swim caps are required in the pool; you can buy one on site or bring your own. The holiday home is just a short drive from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy, ATMs, and the best local beaches.



Free street parking is available, but spaces are limited. Please follow local signage to avoid fines. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.



The first set of bed linen and towels is provided; extra changes are available for an additional fee. Beach towels can be supplied for an additional fee. A free weekly coin-operated laundry service is available; extra services are available for an additional fee.



The property follows local recycling guidelines; more information is available on site. Failure to comply may result in the deposit being withheld. Upon arrival, the security deposit and tourist tax must be paid.
