The apartment welcomes guests with a bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen.

From the living room, you can access the covered private terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners in the open air with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Garda hills!

The property continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and access to the private terrace; the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe and overlooks the private garden at the rear.

The layout of this apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower and toilet facilities.



*The house is accessible only on foot and is approximately 2 minutes from the entrance, and there are several steps to reach it.



*To reach the swimming pool there are stairs to climb (the pool is approximately 1 minute away).



*The residence swimming pool is available from 01 June to 30 September, during the following hours 09:00-21:00. The use of a swimming cap is required.



*It is not possible to bring sun loungers to the pool; they can only be used in your own garden.



*It is not permitted to play ball games and use inflatables.
