The house offers spacious and comfortable areas, designed to be enjoyed with family or friends. It features 4 double bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a cosy living room with fireplace and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ideal for longer stays or relaxing getaways.

Outside, the fantastic private patio with a pergola next to the pool is a highlight — the perfect place to relax, enjoy al fresco meals or spend pleasant moments under the Andalusian sun.

Dejligt hus med privat pool, hvor den ene ende er lav, så børnene kan lege. Stort område med overdækning, så man hele tiden kan finde skygge. Herudover er der udekøkken. Samira er rigtig sød og venlig vært. Stedet ligger i en lille by oppe i bjergene med dejlig udsigt tæt på vandrestier, floden og vandfald. Vi kommer gerne igen.

L'équipement de la maison à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur: ustensiles et électroménager de qualité supérieure et en excès, plusieurs chaises de différentes tailles et formes, un salon carré à écran plat géant avec canapé relax super cool ??, fibre otique 50Mo, cheminé, plus une grande fenêtre donnant sur la piscine. Beaucoups de jolies accessoires décoratives ausi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur exprimant le goût artistique des propriétaires. Barbecue et tous ses accessoires au bon coin de la maison. À l'extérieur une jolie viranda entourée par quelques arbres fruitiers et couverte partiellement par du raisin, en face d'une petite piscine propre, des canapés et table de jardinage de bonne qualité. Au 1er étages une petite salle de bain et quatres chambres à coucher dont l'une est climatisée, l'autre munie d'un petit balcon vu direct sue les montagnes cerclant le village Cónchar. Toutes les pièces sont équipées des éoliennes suffisantes pour touner l'air. La maison est munie d'un chauffage central.
