This fabulous country house features all the amenities and comforts to let you spend some relaxing holidays. Unwind in the spacious enclosed patio, chill in the porch, and rest in the most comfortable beds. You will leave this house with your strengths fully regenerated.
The spacious ground floor ensures the whole family come together and rejoice in each other's company. The living space welcomes a dining table, a gorgeous fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette. From the living room, you can access both the hallway with the bedrooms and the first floor.
On the ground floor, you will have three bedrooms at your disposal, as well as two bathrooms with a shower. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each, while the third bedroom is equipped with three single beds.
Upstairs, the wooden sloping ceiling shelters two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are provided with one double bed each. Besides, you can also have two extra beds added upon request, thus the maximum capacity of the house being of 13 people.
One of the upper-floor bedrooms is provided with air-con, whereas the other bedrooms all feature ceiling fans.
The fabulous outdoor area is divided into two parts, which are separated by a gate. Upon entering the enclosed property, you will find a spacious patio, a porch with an outdoor dining table and a covered BBQ area. The other area of the outdoor space welcomes a magnificent enclosed patio, where the private pool stands out. Here, you can make the most of the many sunny days of the Granadian summer, refreshing in the waters or chilling-out in the porch. You can also sunbathe and eat "al fresco" in the poolside porch. An outdoor toilet is also available in the pool area.
The access to the house is possible via a 1.5-km unpaved lane. The closest Mercadona supermarket is 2.5 km from the house.
