The hotel was very Mexican, not a tourist place per se, which is part of what I liked about. The pool on the roof was awesome, especially at sunset. The restaurant in the hotel was quite decent. One thing I really liked was I could walk to La Venta the Olmec archaeological park, only ten minutes away.

No frills hotel

The room was huge and has just the essentials. I appreciate the A/C because it was really hot in August. There's a rooftop pool too,. Perfect location, just minutes from everything and two overpass bridges in walking distance.
