"I absolutely love the fact that this is a brand new property!! When I did check in they should not have opened yet because I had to switch three rooms due to not having a microwave and my first one along with no shower curtain or towels. Moved me to a second room and I brought my supper back only to find my refrigerator had not even been plugged in yet or even unwrapped! Went to put the blinds down and the switch did not work for the blinds. Moved to a third room only to not be able to run the TVs due to them not being connected to the cable yet. Looked up on the wall and the smoke alarms were hanging down with no batteries or anything in them. The beds were very comfortable I definitely never wanted to get out :-) Spoke to the co-owner and my entire stay was to be credited back to me. Came back the following week to have my bathroom floor flood because my shower door was not weighted correctly. The owner happened to be there that day and told me he would give me that night at no cost.
Anyway through all of this I kept my cool and was very respectful of the fact that they just opened. But the reimbursements have still yet to be back in my bank account and every time I leave a message for the manager I never received a phone call back?? All together I am owed over $700. I do hope with my next trip there I will be able to meet with someone in person so we can get this resolved."
