We had to leave very early to check in to the hospital. The gentleman working the front desk made a to-go breakfast bag for my daughter and I on the spot. I felt bad because we had asked the girls when we checked in to pass the information along so it would be ready. He didn’t blink an eye and just went and made us a great to go breakfast.

Thenrooms were clean for the most part. I liked the way they had a special wall shelf for the towels. However, housekeeping only came services the room every other day. We stayed for 2 days and needed more towels, our trash was full, and needed a different blanket for 1 of the beds because of stains. I had to go down to the front desk and get more things. Also, if you like an extra firm mattress, look no further! Our beds were ine of the hardest that I've ever slept on! Breakfast was very good. The ladies working were also in very good spirits and were very helpful. We using the pool in the evening and the pool itself was fine but there was a pair of wet, soiled boxer briefs on the side of the pool. It was disgusting and there was no one else in there besides us! The bathroom in the pool area was also disgusting, like it had been serviced in over a week with no extra toilet paper or soap! The 1 role if toilet paper was on the floor, soaked through when i walked in there.
