El hotel más céntrico de Villa del carbón , ubicado en el zócalo , execelwnte ubicación con un pequeño centro comercial, restaurante y estacionamiento propio techado subterráneo , práctico y muy seguro. Para el estacionamiento colocar en el wase: aztecas 8, Villa del carbón. Estando ahí en frente del la puerta de madera café. Llamen al hotel para que les habrán la puerta. Así entrarán directo al hotel con auto y maletas. Volvería sin dudarlo.

El personal era muy amable y servicial. Absolutamente todas las personas con las que tuvimos contacto, fueron súper amables. Sin embargo, la habitación podría mejorar en términos de limpieza, y el baño era un tanto incómodo porque, es muy pequeño. También, quizá fue mala suerte, pero, nos tocó la habitación No. 1 y estaba en la entrada de todo, entonces, se escuchaba demasiado ruido toda la noche, lo que hizo muy difícil descansar. La ubicación es buena.
