La habitación no cumplía con lo ofrecido

Reservamos una habitación familiar para 4 personas, 2 adultos, 2 niños; al llegar se trataba de 2 habitaciones independientes en el altillo, las cuales no tenían comunicación y el baño quedaba por fuera con la posibilidad de acceso por cualquier persona en el hotel, simplemente subiendo las escaleras. Adicionalmente, hacía mucho calor en las habitaciones y la alternativa que nos dieron fue dormir con las ventanas abiertas, lo cual no era posible por los insectos. La descripción de la habitación para 4 personas no es real.
