The apartment IS AIR CONDITIONED and PRIVATE PARKING, consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90cm beds, and one with a 135cm double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (INDIVIDUAL FOR A CHILD) from the living room you can access a large terrace with wonderful views to the large garden with swimming pool, VIEWS to PORT AVENTURA and LUMUNE GOLF course. In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building has an elevator, POOL AND CHILDREN'S AREASWe have more apartments in the area.

Animals are not permitted.

House's rules:

Animals are not accepted

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 4:30 p.m. may incur an extra charge. Outside of these hours, the keys will be in a coded lock box in our office.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

9º The optional Wi-Fi and you have to request it when you make the reservation, (€5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
