Located in a very quiet area and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the environment is perfect for families with children seeking rest without giving up on fun. It is just 2 minutes from Playa dels Prats, an ideal area for playing and running about freely and next to a large children's playground with zip lines, sports courts and play area, known as the pantalan, very popular with the little ones.



La Pineda town centre is a short walk away and you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and public transport.

- The terrace awning cannot be used.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
