Magnificent apartment IN THE CENTER of LA PINEDA. It is ideal to spend a good family vacation with all the services and the beach next to the door. The apartment has a capacity of 6 people, a private garden with a swimming pool and a LARGE TERRACE to enjoy from family breakfasts to dinners with a good wine. Excellently located, it is ideal for spending unforgettable vacations. The apartment is part of the ROBLE II residential complex with a private garden, community pool, close to the beach (1 minute walk), the Aquopolis water park, Port Aventura and the bus stop (150 meters).

The Apartment has 70 mt and consists of:

-1 room with double bed and built-in wardrobe (2 people)

-1 room with 1 bunk bed plus 1 trundle bed, with wardrobe (3 people)

- Living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning, table and chairs. From the living room there is access to a large terrace where you can eat and rest.

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, complete cutlery and crockery, etc.

- Private community garden with pool and wooden benches.

- Pets are NOT accepted.

- Internet / wifi optional.

You cannot miss the “Camino de Ronda” This is one of the most beautiful and emblematic excursions on the Costa Dorada, recently remodeled and with spectacular views, bordering Cap Salou.

The Camino de Ronda begins at the end of Calle Colón, right on the esplanade of Los Pilones. We will continue on the wooden walkway and shortly after we find the remains of an old construction, the 'Lazaretto', built in 1829, where in the past they isolated the boats that came from epidemic areas and which preserves solid walls several meters high. Continuing the walkway that borders this construction in a zig zag fashion, we will discover one of the most welcoming coves of Cap Salou, Capellans Beach, with two stairs that give access and a cobblestone path half buried by the beach sand. Once you have passed Capellans Beach, you have to go up some stairs with a certain slope to access Punta del Po-Roig.





House's rules:

1º. We are available for any questions with the objective that you have a pleasant stay.

2º. The apartment is rented with sheets, towels are optional for payment (€4 pax).

3rd.Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) at other times the keys will be collected in a safe with code in our office in salou

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4º. When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7º. Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).

8th. Wi-Fi is optional for payment (€5 per day).
