The apartment IS AIR-CONDITIONED, consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a double bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with wonderful views of GOLF LUMINE AND ITS LAKES

In its surroundings there are restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building has an elevator, SWIMMING POOLS, CHILDREN'S AREA, SPORTS AREAS AND PARKING (1 space).

Animals are not permitted.

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/ person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys delivery from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 4:30 p.m. may incur a surcharge.

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8ºThe tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

9º The optional Wi-Fi and you have to request it when you make the reservation, (€ 5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
